After training at one of Brazil's leading culinary schools, Leandro began a journey that led him to travel between South America and Europe, discovering diverse techniques, cultures, and gastronomic philosophies. It was during these years that he developed a personal style of cuisine, capable of combining the strength and aromas of Brazil with a contemporary and refined approach.

His cuisine is a balance between tradition and creativity: high-quality raw materials, respect for the ingredients, and a constant search for authentic flavor. Leandro loves telling stories through his dishes, transforming every dining experience into a sensory journey.

Over the years, he has also overseen the openings and managed the staff of many renowned Italian and European restaurants.

Today he is recognized for his bold yet elegant style, his attention to detail, and a culinary vision that focuses on emotion, identity, and sharing.
